How to report an error
Use the contact page and include the article URL, the statement you believe is incorrect, and a reliable source supporting the correction. Product manufacturers may also report specification changes, but promotional claims are independently evaluated.
How we review reports
We compare the report with primary documentation, current official guidance and the context of the article. Minor spelling or formatting problems may be corrected directly. Claims that could change a reader’s health or safety decision receive priority.
What happens after a correction
When a material statement changes, the article is updated and its modified date reflects the revision. If the original advice could have caused a materially different decision, we add a clear correction note explaining what changed. We do not remove good-faith criticism merely because it is inconvenient.
